Evangelist Dag Heward-Mills begins three-city campaign just days after the passing of the world known Evangelist for Africa, Reinhard Bonnke.

Perhaps the next Bonnke as he has already been described in many circles, Evangelist Dag has held crusades in many African cities.

This campaign ends the 2019 season of massive Soul winning. Amazingly it started only days after the passing into glory of the man who has plundered the fields of Africa for heaven.
It’s therefore only fitting that Evangelist Dag Heward-Mills pays a glorious tribute to Reinhard Bonnke whom he referred to as his father in evangelism during the first campaign in Drobo.
In his tribute, Evangelist Dag Heward-Mills said:

“I want to pay tribute tonight to a man who was a father to me in evangelism; Reinhard Bonnke.

I am standing here in this crusade tonight because of his great ministry. And this man died a few days ago on Saturday. This is the first crusade I’m having since he passed away.

Today, I want to pay tribute to Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke, the great African evangelist or evangelist of Africa. He preached in Ghana, in Tamale, in Accra, in Swedru, in Koforidua, in Kumasi, in Takoradi, all over and in many countries in Africa for many years and has inspired many people, especially he has inspired me.

I thank God for a great man who lived and evangelised. What I am doing today standing in this field, in this Crusade, is because this man did exactly this for 60 years. And he went home to be with the Lord in his 80th year of life.

Today we give glory and I thank God for the fathers that He has given. I thank God that I heard of, I learnt from and saw Reinhard Bonnke. Reinhard, thank you for your life that inspired crusades and evangelism even in someone like me.

God bless you and may Reinhard Bonnke rest in peace and receive all the rewards of the Father. May the father smile at him and say, “Well done good and faithful servant.”

Evangelist Dag Heward-Mills then lead the people gathered on the crusade ground to give thanks to God for the life of Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke.

He said

“I want us to lift up our hands at this time, join me to say thank you for a great evangelist who lived and worked in Africa for 60 years. Father, thank You for Reinhard Bonnke and for his life.

We give You glory and I give You thanks because You have used him and used the great vision that You gave him to evangelise Africa.

Today we are here in the city of Drobo in Ghana, far away from Accra, faraway from western world, evangelizing, preaching, teaching about Jesus Christ; as Reinhard Bonnke said the ABC of the gospel.

Thank you for us to being able to preach the ABC of the gospel of Jesus Christ. We give You thanks and we praise You in Jesus Name, Amen.”
