Philippians 2:14-15
When salt does not prevent the spread of evil corruption it is useless. The Christian’s presence is to prevent the spread of corruption in the world. Your presence must prevent the spread of the corruption, sexual perversions and wickedness in the world.
Through the lusts and desires of men, much corruption is spread about in the world. The whole world is full of dishonesty, treachery, depravity, perversions, decadence and immorality. These things are found everywhere. Through the gospel of Jesus Christ and through your life, you are preventing the spread of this evil corruption. Spread the knowledge of God by living pure and preventing corruption. You must live pure to prevent the spread of corruption.
As you live pure, you set an example in the world. Your example is a shining light in a very dark world. You prevent the spread of darkness by your lifestyle.
You must spread the knowledge of God about sex to prevent the spread of corrupted sexual perversions. God has a lot to say about sex and sexual sin. The word of God is not silent about sexual corruption. God has given rules for human beings to live by. As we teach God’s word about sex and sexuality, it will prevent the spread of abnormal variants and sexual perversions.
As varied sexual perversions and alternative lifestyles spread as legitimate practices throughout the world, nations have become more perverted and corrupted (Romans 1:24, 26-27). The church must stand strong on the word of God and reject the corruption that is spreading. You must refuse to be pushed around by sick men who want to super-impose their depraved lifestyles on the rest of the world. The word of God prevents corruption. The word of God grants divine escapes from corruption.
