READ: Luke 13:6-9

Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
Matthew 7:19-20

God is not going to sit around and allow you, a good for nothing brother, to occupy space. In the scripture above, Jesus pointed out that it is not appropriate to leave a good for nothing tree standing in the middle of the garden forever. It must be cut down and replaced. It is my prayer that this short exhortation will help you to jump out of every good for nothing status that you have acquired for yourself. Being nothing in the church and doing nothing in the church makes you good for nothing.

Unfortunately, many seeds that are sown turn out to be good for nothing. If you make yourself into a good for nothing seed, you will be eaten by the birds. The birds speak of the devil coming to feed on wasted seeds that have fallen by the wayside. The devil makes good for nothing seeds his food. Do you want the devil to make you his food? Do not allow the devil to feed on you.

Good for nothing seeds are also choked by thorns. Thorns descend on good for nothing seeds and choke out the very life from them. Some of the good for nothing seeds wither away under the heat of the sun. People who are good for nothing are sentenced to wither and to fade away into oblivion.

And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprang up with it, and choked it. And other fell on good ground, and sprang up, and bare fruit an hundredfold. And when he had said these things, he cried, He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.
