DEEP IN GOD
READ: Ezekiel 47:1-12
Afterward he measured a thousand; and it was a river that I could not pass over: for the waters were risen, waters to swim in, a river that could not be passed over.
Ezekiel 47:5
It is possible to go deeper in the anointing. The river described in Ezekiel is the river of God. It is a river of the anointing and a river of the power of the Holy Spirit. As you can see, it is possible to go deeper and deeper into a river.
The river gets deeper as you go in further. As you go deeper, the water rises from the ankles to the knees, then to the loins until it is so deep that you cannot stand. This river speaks of the anointing of the Holy Spirit. As you go deeper into the anointing of the Holy Spirit, your life will be controlled by the power of the Holy Spirit. Ezekiel’s river is a message that says you can go deeper for the anointing!
In the natural, human beings dig very deep to get natural oil and gas. They realise that they must go vertically down otherwise they are not going to get much. Some of the oil wells are as deep as 10 to 15 km vertically deep below the earth. They are so deep and far and yet human beings have reached out to tap into the store of oil below the earth?
These are fantastic feats of men seeking to go deeper to get more oil for the world. Why do you not think of going deeper to get more oil and anointing for the things of God?
It is time for you to believe this fact! Anyone who is doing more is a deep person. He is wide and deep. He is indefinable and indefinite. Great men whom God uses are profound and deep in the things of God.
