READ: Matthew 25:14-30
And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Matthew 25:14-30
In this amazing story, Jesus gave amazing points that would stand as eternal points of regret. You can find out right now what will be important on Judgment Day. Every time Jesus spoke of weeping and gnashing of teeth, He was warning Christians of what they would regret in eternity.
This passage is one of the most important guiding posts in our run-up to eternity. You must believe every single word as though someone rose up from the dead and came to tell you what will happen at the Judgment Seat of Christ.
For Jesus to have used the words “weeping and gnashing of teeth” you must appreciate the gravity of His warning. Do you want to get to heaven and wish that you could come back to do some more? I hope not!
After a treacherous person was exposed and judged and forgiven, he longed to be trusted and loved as he had been in the past. But I thought to myself that it would take another twenty years to develop that kind of trust again. A whole season had passed and it was not easy to go back in time and restart our lives.
When we get to heaven, many people will discover how great God is – how supreme, excellent, real and wonderful He is. They will say, “Please give me another chance to prove my love for you.” Unfortunately, it would be impossible to go back to the earth and live some more years to prove to God that you love Him.
Dear friend, this is your chance to prove that you love God. Let this message of weeping and gnashing sink into your soul! These are points of eternal regret! Let us enter eternity without weeping and gnashing our teeth.
