Healing Jesus Crusade Partners' Service Report

The Healing Jesus Crusade Partners’ Service was held at the Abeka – Main Branch on 10th July 2011.The auditorium which was well decorated with the HJC colours was fully packed with members and visitors.

The purpose of the Service was to raise funds as well as new partners for the Healing Jesus Crusade. 

A Healing Jesus Crusade Documentary – “The Half Assini Experience” was shown to arouse interest among the congregation and also for them to see the need to support this great vision. 

The Mass Choir also added colour to the service in their beautiful robes and ministered powerfully.

Rev. Patrick Bruce from LCI Kumasi was invited to minister and he preached from Exodus 35 and 36 a message entitled “What Type of Giver Are You?” He encouraged the congregation to emulate the example of the Israelites when Moses commanded them to give in support of building the temple. The Israelites had their hearts stirred up and gave willingly so much that there was more than what was needed for the temple and Moses had to restrain them from giving again.

There was so much excitement in the air after the preaching that many pledged their support for the Healing Jesus Crusade. An additional 49 more partners were raised to join the existing partners.

The event was very successful and we are very grateful to God and the Presiding Bishop for creating the platform for us to be partakers of this great work. God Bless Evangelist Dag Heward-Mills! And the Healing Jesus Crusade team!!!
