The world is divided into two groups, those who have also known as those who are prosperous and those who do not have. Why people have and why people prosper is one of the greatest mysteries in the world today! I am shocked to see that so much research has been dedicated to discover why people do well and why others do not. So many things have been found but the word of God also teaches us some of these realities. God desperately wants us all to join the group he that hath and that is why I am sharing with you.

Wisdom is needed more by young people and not older people. It is easier to change the direction of your life when you are younger than when you are older. When you are an adult, you have already done things a certain way and will find it very difficult to go back and change it all. Billy Graham says that one of the things that shocks him most about life is its brevity! So know that you do not have that much time. You do not have the time to experiment with life. Your life should not be used as an example of a bad experiment. So receive wisdom from these words.

“The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.” (Proverbs 22:10). There are many keys to prosperity but the main key which most of us are following is the key of going to school and getting a job in our field afterwards. There are other avenues of becoming a he that hath but many people are not aware of these. The book of Proverbs tells us that another way to become a he that hath apart of what we know is the blessing of the Lord. Another way to become a he that hath is through the grace of God.

God’s grace brings things that you do not deserve or know why they have come your way. Many times, when the grace of God comes, because you have a fixated way of how things should be, you end up mistakenly rejecting the new way your prosperity has come. When Elisha was going to heal Naaman, he, Naaman, went with many gifts but Elisha never came out of his house. He told him to go and bathe himself 7 times in a particular body of water. Naaman was very irritated when he received this instruction. However, a little child informed Naaman that had he been advised to do something more complicated, he would have fulfilled it. Naaman listened to the advice of this child and he was healed.

Many people do not like simple instructions. Some people believe that when God is going to bless you, he does not do anything physical such as bathing or taking medicine. You are fixated in your mind that if God is healing you, it will not come through something simple such as the taking of medicine. So, when such an instruction comes, you automatically dismiss it as not being from God. However, you must ask yourself who made the human body and gave the wisdom of the discovery of medicine to us?  The knowledge and secret of medicine comes from God. Many of us are fixated on the idea that if God is healing us, hands will be laid upon us. The Bible says that when the enemy comes like a flood, the spirit of God will raise a standard against it (Isaiah 59:19). This means that the Spirit of God will make such a thing disappear. The Spirit of the Lord is the spirit of knowledge, understanding, light and more.

It is this  same fixation we have that we use in our ideas of prosperity. We are stuck in one way of prosperity which is going to school and afterwards, receiving a job in your field of study. Today, I am here to reveal to you that the grace of God will provide many other ways for this prosperity to come. When we say the grace of God, you must understand that it is good will and undeserved kindness from God. “But by the grace of God I am what I am:” (1 Corinthians 15:10). If you are going to become something, there is something that has the power to make you into what you would otherwise not have become. This is the grace of God.

The grace of God makes you lovely, wonderful, joyful and more. When people graduate from their schools, they are called to come back as alumni to support the school. Why? Simply because it is believed that they are what they are because of the school. However, Apostle Paul says that he is what he is because of the grace of God upon his life and not the school he attended. Apart from your school making you a great person, the grace of God will also make you a great person! I see that becoming your testimony this year. As I move by the grace of God each week preaching and teaching, how can I say that I am who I am today because of the school I attended? Even though I completed my education, there is another route that has made me who I am. I can confidently testify that I am who I am today by the grace of God! You can become something and you yourself will recognize that it cannot be explained by your association to your parents, school, friends of more. and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me” (1 Corinthians 15:10). People who work hard need to remember this, that it is also by the grace of God that they have the ability to work hard!

Grace is a divine influence on your heart, a benefit, a favor, a liberality, something that is able to bring delight, joy and more. God is able to make all these come unto you. Grace is the cause of sufficiency. “And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:” (2 Corinthians 9:8). Receive the grace of God to have sufficiency in all aspects of your life today!
