NEUTRALIZE THE CURSE

2017 has been our year of greatness indeed. The first camp of the year just took place this past week with the North American church. This Winter Camp had over 1900 adults and children in attendance as I shared on the importance of neutralizing the curse.

Modern Christians today have not learnt the importance of a curse. There are many curses working against us today. We must be diligent in recognizing these curses and giving the proper respect to curses. It is the duty of each minister of God to point out the curse that are working. The prophet Malachi was one of the prophets famous for pointing out curses to the people. When a curse is pointed out to you, you must react to it in the appropriate way. Do not be offended when curses that are operating in you are identified and pointed out to you. Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth (Galatians 4:16)? You must not react to the truth in a negative way. A curse is pointed out to you not to harm you but to help you. No parent is ever pleased with their child coming back to tell them “you were right.” It is of no benefit to them. They would rather their children receive the correction and use it to avoid certain mistakes. Few people qualify to hear the truth. Learn to become one of those few people.

What exactly is a curse? It is an appeal to a supernatural power to inflict evil on someone. To be cursed is also to have everything continually working against you all the time, reaping the opposite of what you sow. And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life” (Genesis 3:17). To be cursed is also to have continual sadness and sorrow.  “Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him (Acts 10:34-35). Although there are many curses working against us, it is important to know that each curse can be neutralized. God is fair to all people. To find out about how to neutralize curses in your life, visit the recent camp page of www.daghewardmills.org to listen to this camp. Receive wisdom and may every curse in your life be neutralized as you continue to listen to these messages.
